Types of sessions
Coaching Session:
You’ll feel it from the first session — fully heard, not managed. Jean brings deep listening and grounded presence to every conversation, asking the questions that help you find your own way forward.
When you’ve spent years being misunderstood, interrupted, or told what to do — being truly heard is itself transformative. It creates the safety needed to think clearly, trust yourself, and take the next step.
Brain Dump Sessions:
A brain dump is the practice of externalizing everything in your head — tasks, worries, ideas, to-dos, half-formed thoughts — verbally, without filtering, organizing, or judging as you go. The goal is to get it out, not to get it right.
The working memory in a neurodivergent brain is often overloaded. When too much is being held mentally, the brain spends energy trying not to forget things rather than actually doing them. A brain dump offloads that cognitive weight, freeing up mental bandwidth, seeing what’s important, connecting dots, and more easily recognizing patterns.
It also reduces the anxiety that comes from the vague sense that something is being forgotten — because everything is now somewhere visible, not circling.
Body Doubling
Body doubling is the practice of working alongside another person — not for help, not for instruction, just for presence. That shared focus creates an anchor that makes starting easier, staying on task more sustainable, and finishing actually possible.
For many neurodivergent people, the accountability of another person in the (virtual) room is the difference between a task that sits on the list for weeks and one that gets done today.
The ADHD brain is wired to respond to novelty, urgency, and social engagement. A body double activates that social circuitry — without pressure, judgment, or direction. You bring your work. You show up. You do the thing.
Chronic task avoidance isn’t laziness. It’s a nervous system response. Body doubling gently interrupts that pattern by lowering the activation energy needed to begin — and making it easier to stay regulated while you work.
Human Design
Human Design is an esoteric system that maps how you’re uniquely wired to make decisions, use your energy, and move through the world. It draws from astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and the chakra system, synthesized into a personal chart based on your birth date, time, and place.
It’s an interesting tool that can offer insight and understanding about your unique system— and reducing the exhausting work of trying to function like everyone else.
Surprisingly, 14 years ago I found great insight when I had a reading.
